In My Bookings you will find all Incomplete, Ongoing and Successful bookings. You will be able to view the details of each of these bookings. Bear in mind that you must use the same email address to create your account and to book in order to see all the requests.
- Your Incomplete Bookings
You will be able to review all booking processes where the final step of the payment has not been completed. The system will only show up to the last 10 attempts made during the last 15 days. Each booking request will include general information, booking dates and the Complete my booking button to finalise the booking request.
- Your Success bookings
This section includes all bookings that have been accepted by the landlord and are active. You will find the booking reference number in the grey box as well as two buttons to View Details and Manage my booking. If you choose the Manage my booking button, you will be able to request modifications for the reservation (cancellation, modification of dates, report an issue etc.).
- Your Ongoing bookings
This section will include any booking requests which are pending to be accepted by the landlord. You will have the booking reference number in the grey box as well as two buttons to View Details and Manage my booking. If you choose the Manage my booking button, you will be able to request modifications for the reservation (cancellation, modification of dates, report an issue etc.).
- Your Cancelled bookings
The section includes any booking requests that have been cancelled before the landlord has accepted. You will find the booking reference number in the grey box.
Please note that you must login using the same email address used for the booking (instead of your facebook account), otherwise you will not be able to view the booking list.
