Need to change your move-in dates?
If your travel plans have changed, but you haven't yet moved into your rental property you can modify your booking dates for no extra fee. Simply log-in to your account and change the dates from there.
Need to cancel your booking?
Our cancellation policy has evolved throughout the year in order to make it friendlier given the recent events we have been living worldwide.
- For all the Booking Request sent from the 11th of May onward, learn more here about the applicable Cancellation Policy.
- For the bookings confirmed before the 11th of May and impacted by the COVID-19 somehow, learn more here.
- If your booking request was confirmed before the 11th of May and it is not eligible for the COVID-19 policy coverage, learn more about the applicable one here.
If after reviewing the cancellation policies you wish to request the cancellation of your reservation you must access "My Bookings" > Manage my booking to request it by completing the form.
