Spotahome will transfer the first payment to you two working days after the check-in date.
What should I do if I haven’t received the payment?
If it has been less than two working days since the tenant has checked in to the property, don’t worry, we will be transferring the payment to you soon. We recommend that you check your bank details are correct in the Settings section of the Landlord Panel to prevent any delays.

If it has been more than two working days since the tenant has checked in, we recommend firstly checking that your bank details are correct in the Landlord Panel. If these are correct, please be aware that the delay may be due to the time required for the bank to process the payment.
If it has been more than five working days since the tenant has checked in, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so one of our team can help.
Please remember to include the booking reference which you can find in your booking confirmation email and in the bookings section of the Landlord Panel.
