Canceling a booking after you have already accepted is very upsetting for our tenants. It can leave them without a home at very short notice. We know you don’t want to cancel bookings, so here’s how to avoid it:
- Check your calendar before you accept the booking – it needs to be available during the tenant’s dates
- If you cannot accept that booking but have other similar properties, offer your available properties to the tenant instead
