In the event that you or the tenant needs to cancel a booking after it has been accepted, you can use our contact form to submit a request. Please, remember this needs to be made with the booking ID and the email associated with the booking.
In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation policies will apply:
If the Landlord cancels
If you cancel a booking at any time after you have accepted it
We will charge you the Landlord commission due from the booking
If you cancel a booking on the move in date or within 48 hours after the move in date
We will charge you the Landlord commission due from the booking plus up to €/£ 300 to cover the emergency accommodation costs for the tenant.
If you cancel the tenancy after the tenant has moved in and this cancellation takes place before the end of the contract
We will not refund any part of the commission from the booking
If the Tenant cancels
30-59 days before the tenant moves in:
You will receive 50% of the tenant’s first rental payment (or 25% of the holding deposit in London).
0-29 days before the tenant moves in:
You will receive 100% of the first month’s rental payment (or 50% of the holding deposit in London).
Anytime after the move-in date:
This should be handled between tenant and landlord.
