When you receive a booking request, you will be able to manage it through the booking request email or alternatively through the bookings section of the Landlord Panel:
Accept the booking
When a tenant has requested to book your property, you will receive an email which will show you the information about the booking.
If you want to accept the booking, you will need to click on the “Accept booking now” button.
Reject the booking
In the event that you are unable to accept the booking, you will also have the “Modify or Reject” button in the booking request email.
Clicking on this will give you the option to reject the booking.
If the reason you are rejecting is due to incorrect availability, please ensure the availability is correctly updated in the Landlord Panel.

Modify the booking
If you need to modify the booking for any reason, you can use the “Modify or Reject” button in the booking request email.
You will then be asked to add the reason for the modification and one of our bookings team will be in touch with you soon.
