When we have a tenant who wants to book your property, you will be notified of the booking request in a number of ways:
- Email - You will receive an email with the booking request, the tenant information and their booking dates. The email will also include a link for you to accept, reject or modify the booking.
- Text Message - We will also send you a text message to say you have received a booking request.
- Landlord Panel - You will see information about the booking in the bookings section of the Landlord Panel. Here you will be able to accept, reject or modify the booking.
- Phone - One of our agents will give you a call to check if you are able to accept the booking.
Please remember, it is important that you respond to the booking request within 12 hours.
