In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your Photo Session, you can reach out to us at landlords@spotahome.com. Where possible, please give us at least 24 hours notice of any cancelled or rescheduled Photo Sessions.
In the email, please include the following information to help us locate and amend the Photo Session:
Full Name:
Property Address:
Date & Time of Photo Session:
Rescheduled Photo Session Date & Time (Where applicable):
If the property has already been rented before the Photo Session, we recommend continuing with the Photo Session so the property will be listed for the next time it becomes available.
