As Spotahome collaborates with property managers as well as private landlords, in some listings you may find admin fees. These are fees that are charged by property managers to cover administrative costs including but not limited to contract registration, inventory checks and reference checks.
If the listing contains an admin fee you will find information about this in the Pricing and Availability section of the listing. There are three ways that the admin fee can be set by the Landlord which will be indicated in the listing:
- Fixed Amount - The admin fee will be a set value irregardless of the length of booking.
- Percentage of One Months Rent - The admin fee will be a % of the equivalent to one months rent.
- Percentage of Total Contract Value - The admin fee will be a % of the total contract value (this is the value of the rent for the total duration of the contract)
Please note that admin fees are not permitted in London.
