Do you have a cancellation policy?

**The following Cancellation Policies will be applied after the 11th of October.**

• Before your booking is accepted...
  You can cancel any time before your booking is accepted and you won't be charged
• More than 61 days before the move-in date
  You can cancel and get a full refund up to 61 days before you move in.
• Between 31 and 60 days before the move-in date
  You can cancel and get a 50% refund.
• 30 days or less before move-in
  You won't be entitled to a refund if you cancel.

**If your reservation was accepted before the 11th of October a different cancellation policy might apply. Please check our Terms and Conditions.
