As it is stated per our terms and conditions: The Tenant has a period of 24 hours after he/she moves in, within which the tenant can inform of all the structural defects of the accommodation, or if the property is lacking something that was included in the listing.
If there are complaints from the Tenant, the Landlord will have to fix those structural defects or any lack that the accommodation might have that was included in the listing. In any case, a member of the Spotahome team will, at Spotahome’s discretion, check the circumstances on a case by case basis.
