Spotahome acts as an intermediary during the booking process. We communicate on your behalf until the booking has been accepted.
You will then be able to contact each other to arrange your move-in and other details such as the deposit payment, contract sign up, etc.
Kindly note that the property conditions can't be negotiated, and that the landlord gives us all the information about the property and the rules when their listing is uploaded.
If you have questions about the status of your booking request you can contact your booking agent or you can check the status in the My Bookings section of your account.
Please bear in mind that the landlord has 12 business hours to answer your request and we will keep you posted on the booking request status.
